This suggestion has now been turned into a Development Request and added to the June 2020 Sprint queue, which means that you will see this change in that release.
This post has been linked to the development request, so the status will change when the dev request status changes. However, the change will not be live until the June release has been deployed.
Many Thanks, Jen

Hi Jenna. Thanks for the link, we did know how to access the customers details via back office and agree its simple.
The request from the stores was to be able to do this directly from the tills POS.
However if your saying this would decrees the speed of the tills then its not a good idea.
Could you confirm this is the case please.
Thanks

Hi
Do you know that you can link to the Customers card from the tender screen very easily? Once the customer is set against the transaction, the customer account history is just three clicks away, as shown in this loom:
I would appreciate some specifics about how this could be improved so that I can present this to the development team during the next meeting.
However, please bear in mind that adding large amounts of data such as customer account history, to the Point of Sale side of system, runs the risk of slowing down the system.
Many Thanks, Jenna

Jenna Lees: Would it be possible to have a button to link straight to the account history when a customer is set. It would be 1 click instead of 3 and it would just open in a new tab so not add large amounts of data to POS.

Thanks Brian, as per my status update, this has now been progressed.
The change will be as you have suggested above.
Thank you for putting forward the idea.
Many Thanks, Jen
