I have created a new post for this as it was requested back in 2019 and nothing ever done. When we update a customers email address in POS it needs to update the rewards email at the same time. It looks like this work has been planned for a number of years but as yet still no change. Customers have asked us to have their email changed (which we do) and then a month later get an email to the old address. Makes us look very poor. Crazy that it does not update until they purchase something. This needs as solution asap please.
