Ending sale once stock runs out

In the event that you may want to clear out in store stock at a discount, it would be helpful if there was an option to end the sale price once the current in store inventory reaches zero.
We've had numerous occasions where reduced items have sold out in store, which was the desired result, however because of the item still being available via SIM stock, we've had online orders placed at the reduced price.

Yes please! Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime is this in the coming update? I see this is a post from a few years back and this would be a great feature! I was just dealing with this myself.

Drew Jordan Its a great idea, but we don't have a way to schedule that kind of task at the moment :-(

This is a good idea, but I have also requested a 'bulk block SIM stock' through Merchant tools, which would have the same result I believe?

George Warehouse: Hi George. I appreciate this would provide a similar result however, you may want to keep offering the product online using SIM stock but just not want to be holding it in store. To my mind, blocking SIM stock is really more suited to products that you have no intention of ordering again.
