i can see there's an update in december '25 to assign payments from payment links to customers.

this is not 'Fully automatic' as ideally it should assign to the customer's order where the payment link was sent from so it discounts the order with that amount once the customer has paid

can you make it fully automatic by 'if payment link was sent from order' then the payment goes to that order directly,

this would save time and mistakes as there's no interation by staff and the order has history of that payment
