Customer base is slowly transitioning to more e-bike consumers. They know how to use technology and how to schedule appointments. At the same time my service shops is also transitioning to be more efficient. I would love for the customer to be able to select a time slot to drop off their bike. An actual appointment that is more concrete will help my service shop be more efficient as well. I need this.
