Improve A4 Invoice Layout

I'd really like to see the A4 invoices, quotes etc tidied up. In its current layout, you're lucky to get 2 item lines without it printing a second page, which usually has nothing but a line on it or a barcode. As I write this, i have an invoice in front of me which has - Merchandise Total, Discount Applied, Sub Total, VAT, Total, Deposit Paid and Balance Remaining. All this takes up about one third of the page which is slightly unnecessary. I have attached an image plus one of a random invoice I have lying about which has 22 item lines (with room for more) on one page. I'm not asking for it to be like this example but I'm sure the current format could be improved. We've also noticed that the 'Page Title?' ie Invoice, Work Order, Quote which appears on the top left changes for some reason which I can't work out. For example, if you print out a quote, it will very often say 'Invoice' on it which often makes it useless for quoting purposes.

Has there been another change to this recently? We're now back to printing two line receipts, one for the item, the second line for shipping on two pages of A4.

Yes, definitely behind this one. It just needs condensing down a bit.
We currently print our receipts at 85% scale so when an order contains a few different items it prints on one page, rather than 2.

A4 Receipts are TOO BIG

Should a single item really take two sheets?
We have two lines for both postage options (why we have to have two I've never understood), in the tiniest font and the address and cost breakdowns use a font that's twice the size.
There's just no need to be printing two sheets of A4 for a single item.

I wish we could customise it, we use these to add to docs enclosed envelopes and have to blank out the customers mobile number which would otherwise be visible. Secondly the spacing of the lines and font is huge.

I agree. The single line it produces on the second page is very frustrating.
Also adding a grayscale of the business logo top left might also help, when shipped with an order, particularly when selling on a third party platform like ebay or Amazon to try and raise brand awareness. We ship with flyers anyway, but they get binned. Receipts are sometimes retained.
