When we have customers dropping in electric bikes for service, we will occasionally forget to ask them to leave us the key for releasing the battery so I was trying to figure out how we could have some kind of reminder at the booking in stage.

I thought I was being clever by adding an Item Message to the 'Workshop Labour' item which is required to be added to every workshop booking and thus flagging up a reminder to get the key from the customer if booking in an eBike.

Disappointingly, I now realise that the reminder only pops up when tendering the job and not when simply saving it which kind of ruins my cunning plan.

Would it be possible to change it so it pops up on saving as well as tendering?
