Make service item field Mandatory when booking workshop job in

This would save so much hassle - In a busy environment, and due to the multi-step process to save a new service item before selecting and continuing we often find jobs booked in with no service item saved and therefor a blank. This then makes tracking down whose skis or snowboard (in our case) the job is for.
This could easily be avoided if the service item field when creating a workshop job was mandatory before exiting that panel to conitnue building the workshop job.
As labelling what the item is musust be neccasary for most users, I feel this would be a really useful failsafe and in the event it isnt required an na could be entered.

Thanks for the votes, as Toby K Selph Arnett says it doesnt matter if its skis, bikes, its a PITA in any busy workshop when this field is blank...

This would be great, it would also be great if service items autosaved or the screen auto located to where the service item input box is. Currently when you type a service item in and click on it to add it, depending on where the screen is at, the service item box expands down but you don't end up seeing the expanded part of the box for service writers don't always click save.

Seems like that could work for bicycles in for service, as well.
