We asked for this, and we got it - the ability to add shortcut links to POS - specifically the pick list, so that the warehouse could just login, click and go.

Except they cant :( Although you have set up a new favourites feature, its default appearance is set to closed. So you STILL need to click to open up the favourites list then click on the link....

Is it fussy - maybe - but having gone to the trouble of adding a great feature, can you please put the cherry on the top and have it default to being open on loading? Please?

Its just the ex UX'er in me ;)
