When creating transfer orders in the system product stock levels are affected, showing stock as committed, even if the transfer is 'Not Yet Placed.' When a transfer is then 'Marked as Placed,' this is only a status change that unlocks the next stage of the workflow.

Surely, similar to Purchase Orders, stock should not be affected or adjusted until the transfer is 'Marked as Placed.' With the current functionality, transfer orders can only be created in the system once stock is 100% finalised - there is no way to 'store a draft transfer' or edit these before stock levels are affected.
