Payment link looks like a scam

I know I can amend the prefix but doing it for every order can become a bit tedious.
We have had a couple customers refuse to use the link as it looks so much like a scam and they just come in with cash or use bacs instead.
Can I edit the prefix in the back office to make it fixed for each sms

This is an incredibly useful feature, but we too have people question it's authenticity. A more personalised message as Jozef suggests would go a long way.

I can second this, the text of the payment link is bit odd, and also, there isnt enough space to write something more contextualised. maybe; Company name, Customer name, job number, amount to be paid?

Jozef Dobias If it automatically pulled all this is in the the text then I think it would cover any issues. This would be ideal /\/\

We have had customers question the link, and not wanting to use it, so we agree!

Hey Tiamo,
I'd be happy to get the default text updated to something different, as long as this wasn't anything too controversial that would work for most.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Suzy

Not too sure to be honest, potentially just fitting in the company name in the link or having it come from a named contact instead of a number.

Tiamo Ross i agree, could you not make it a custom field, and have it 'changeable' in setup so we can all change it to our branding? Thanks

Richard T This is what I was aiming for, potentially also the ability for it to pull the customers details automatically so it's more personalised to them.

Tiamo Ross that would be great, so it has dynamic fields too, like the customer communication options we have there already
