Hi Guys, Not sure if I'm missing something but currently we can check new web orders via email and recalling orders etc.
I was thinking it might be good to have some kind of pop up notification on the main POS screen to show any new orders to staff in store. This will help manage next day products and cut-off times etc as whoever is on the in-store check out screen will constantly be able to keep eyes on this.
It would really help on the customer service side of things too.
I'm thinking just something simple like a number within a small coloured circle almost like a new WhatsApp notification maybe somewhere near the top / bottom of the main screen layout which can show what has just been ordered.
If anyone has a better idea of how to keep a timely eye on this then pls share.

I have moved this to the POS board, I know this is something we are interested in doing particularly creating a workflow for C&C order management.

It would definitely speed things up as our online orders are processed by staff serving at the till, between instore customers.

This is an important feature and should be integrated as a priority feature and nobody wants to miss sales. Please make this happen!!

yes this would be handy as sometimes we have staff at weekends that have no email access

Suzy Weightman this would be great to have and save us writing something exteranlly and keeping it all within CL. The chance to give customers a 5 min C+C turn around like screwfix or someone would be huge! and it would save on stock issues too
