Prevent 2 users picking up the same order on 2 different POS

We have now encountered the issue that the same order can be scanned and processed simultaneously on 2 POS. - this should generate at warning.

Hi Will, 
We now have checks at the point of saving/picking up the order to see if the order has been edited elsewhere.
