Recall Last Customer

It would be a huge time saver if there was a button to the right of the customer search field or a shortcut to recall the last customer on the till being used. As we have multiple workshop jobs per customer, we have to complete the to pay on account and then we have to return to pos and lookup the customer all over again. Also, if a customer queries something being able to just click to get the customer back up saves valuable time?

Hi Scott, thanks for posting. I have added this to our development backlog because the POS user interface is on our development roadmap to overhaul and I think this request would be something to consider as part of this work. I cant give a timescale for this or guarantee what will be implemented, but this post will be updated as the project progresses. If anyone else is interested in this feature please upvote and add further suggestions if needed to help us prioritise. Kind regards, Rebecca

Rebecca: any update on this please as it’s becoming more important that this might be possible as we get busier and people bring in whole families sets of skis for servicing.
