Can we have the col40 and the A4 receipt match, it seems that the Col40 has the items in the order they were added to the transaction, but the A4 receipt has the items in a random order.

This bug just became a critical issue for us for 2 reasons:
One, the return policy and other store policies on our 40-col never made it to the full page receipt. We are currently dealing with a customer that wants to return a special order bicycle because there was nothing on the email full page receipt he received.
Two, when returning a deposit, the transaction information doesn't appear on the full page receipt. We have to pull up the 40-col, PDF it, and email it separately. The full page receipt just sends a blank receipt but no transaction activity.
ALL receipt formats should have the same critical information about the items, notes, policies, and transactions.  This was suggested in 2020 and has 5 thumbs ups.  Citrus Lime, please address.
