Receipts - Product Descriptions

Can the receipts pull through the item description from the website, rather than the shortened versions used in SIM?
We split multipacks, every now and again we get some "whopper" telling us how they thought they were buying a 4 pack, or a 50 pack, or 30 metres for £3.49.
This only happens after they have seen it on the receipt.
It's not just online, I've had a customer come back and tell me they were overcharged because they had paid for 50 metres of SP41 gear outer...
We just don't need the hassle, those customers are hard enough work without giving them an excuse!

Just had it again. Selling a Shimano Quicklink, from a workshop pack of 50. Customer has called to say that he "thought" he was buying a pack of 50 for £7.49 because that's what it says on his receipt.
Nowhere does our description say they're getting 50 until they receive the paperwork which provides the SIM description.
I just don't need the negativity of dealing with these people.

Pete: Hi Pete,
Can you provide me with the code for the item in question so I can have a look into this?
Thanks,

This seems to be fixed on the 40 Col receipts now, thanks very much for that.
But it's still not correct on the larger A4 that we print and send out with online orders.
