I'm sure we're not alone when forgetting to take the key from a customer when dropping an ebike for service so I've been thinking that some kind of reminder built into the booking in would be helpful.

I was booking in a bike today and when I was ticking the box for confirming that the bike has been dropped off, it dawned on me that this might be a good place to add another checkbox for 'Has the key been left by the customer' or something similar.

It would be a very helpful reminder and would avoid that awkward call to the customer when the workshop ask you where the key for the eBike is that they're trying to service.
