Please! We need to be able to reprint receipt from POS-Customer-Purchase History. I am not sure why we always have to go into the backoffice and even then its time consuming to find the receipt. Why can't we reprint a receipt from the POS-Customer-Purchase History. I took a snapshot of where the viewing part of receipt is located but no option to reprint. This would be helpful when customer decides weeks later he lost receipt and needs a copy printed.
Yes, I do see where you can e-receipt, but customers want a hard copy.

Hi everyone,
We’re adding a “Reprint 40-Col Receipt” option to the Actions menu on the Purchase History tab of a customer record, so you can reprint a receipt without going via the Transactions page.
We’re also adding a “Print 40-Col Receipt” option to the Actions menu on the Customer Orders page and on the Orders & Workshop Jobs tab of a customer record.
This work is in progress and, pending successful testing, we're targeting a release in mid-November.

I'm not sure if this is back office, sorta is when I'm looking up customers. There doesn't seem to be a reprint option for receipts when you look up past transactions. You can print it on a normal inkjet printer, but I can't seem to figure out how to send it to the receipt printer.

It would be really nice to reprint a receipt on Cloud POS days later or even weeks later.
For example, If I need to reprint a receipt for a customer because they lost it and need a paper copy. At the moment, there is not an easy way to retrieve unless you go through the back office or reprint last receipt. So why not make it reprint from Cloud POS>View Card> Purchase History> View 40-Col Receipt. This is something that makes sense to add to the POS side and make it more accessible since it is used more often. I know Citrus has a button to reprint if you go through the back office but this request is when the customer has come back days later.

Hey!
This sounds like a great idea and should be straightforward for us to implement. To keep this simple we'd reprint to the printer/register the transaction was originally made on.
In the meantime this can be achieved from the Transactions page in the Back Office (if you need this now) - https://pos2.citruslime.com/pos2/#/backoffice/transactions
