We have large families in our area, and they come in with multiple bikes at a time for repair. While it is imperative that we keep track of the work done on individual bikes, we also need the ability to ring ALL of the workshop tickets out on one transaction. Please add this to the system! (Our old POS that begins with an "L" allows for this, and it makes it much easier and more efficient.)

When having a customer with multiple bikes in for service, these bikes each have their own booking on the workshop module.
When it comes time to tender payment, each service/bike needs to be paid separately.
Would it not be possible to give the option in PoS to combine all the services on to one transaction, yet keep all service records for each bike in the workshop module separate?

Hi all,
Just wanted to provide you with a quick update on this.
We've started development work and we're currently picking through the challenges in the POS one by one. We're currently on track to have this completed for the November release of Cloud POS.

Amalgamate layaways

In our cafe we are having multiple layaways from a customer that would be super helpful to be able to amalgamate. Currently we can't just keep adding to an existing order as when the reciept is printed we use that to cook/prepare the order. The printed reciept would actually have everything they ordered thus far rather than just the latest order

This would be very nice to have. Especially since other software we use did this. Customers are not happy having to run their card multiple times when cashing out. Example 3 bikes being picked up.

I'm off to chat to a couple of retailers in the US in October, this is on the agenda. It's a little more complex than we might like due to deposits, backordered stock, partial line pickups etc etc but it's something we plan to address.

Neil McQuillan - CEO Citrus-Lime thanks. Another possible option could be a single ticket. Capable of having multiple bikes on it. Similar issues would arrise with one bike being licked up and another not, or deposits, or special orders, but if its eaiser to create segregation within a single ticket, that would work as well.
