I've noticed that when I scan to recall an open order in the POS, and the rep set on the order does not match the one currently selected, when the Scan Items for Pickup screen pops up, the cursor becomes placed _outside_ the search box, just in front of it. Can this be fixed?

As Scott has mentioned, yes, any potential bugs should always go straight to our Support Team, so that we can investigate as soon as possible.

Its a bug, worth reporting to the help desk too, as bugs shouldn't need to come into this space, but upvoting you in support :)
