Hi Brian,
Thanks for raising this, we're aware of the issue and we have a fix ready for the January release of Cloud POS 2.0.
This is happening as the Item Quick Scan input is focused at certain points when recalling an order.
I've linked our work item so you can see when the fix is complete.
We try to keep our feedback forum for general feedback and new feature requests, so if you can raise bugs directly to the support team in the future that would be great!
