I've found out today, there is no option in citrus pay to send a payment link for a secure card payment, only a insecure virtual terminal
This was available with the previous provider fiserv clover https://www.ipg-online.com/
This is an essential service for us to request secure payments. We need this option urgently. Is this planned

Hi all,
We've started work on adding the ability to send a CitrusPay payment link from within the POS (Cloud POS 2.0).
This will allow you to copy the link or send to the customer via SMS.
Once the payment link has been paid, you'll receive a confirmation email and an unread SMS reply will be added to the customer's record.
We're expecting this to be available after a Cloud POS update in mid-January.
Thanks,
Suzy

Suzy Weightman: I've searched the documentation for instructions on how to send a payment link but cannot find anything.

Eddie: Hi Eddie,
This will be available in the January release of Cloud POS (coming in the next couple of weeks). This post has been updated to Complete as the work item it's associated has been.
Thanks,
Suzy

Sending out invoices to customers for direct payment to the website

A lot of my customers used to like me to send out invoices to them to pay the website direct using all the payment methods we have available. It makes it easier for busy working people to pay when they get time. It also means it will secure the stock until payment is made. This is something my customers really miss

I'm not sure why we did not put this into the navigation, I'll find out if there is a good reason and if not expose the link in the navigation.
