"Set Customer" quick search should show mobile number

I think that in the POS the quick lookup for a customer should show their mobile number.
Would help a lot when looking a customer up and there are duplicate names, also makes sure we are holding a number for them if its a workshop job.
Would be even better if phone number was searchable here (i know similar has been mentioned before)

Hi all,
As Nic has correctly pointed out, this is missing from Cloud POS 2.0.
We'll get this information added into the customer quick search results, likely this will be in the January 2024 release.
I've linked the work item, so you'll get updates when the work is started & completed.

The old version of POS had mobile numbers displayed POS 2.0 doesn't show mobiles numbers, but does show email addresses - could this be switched back to mobile numbers please.

I find that quick look up search pretty useless to be honest. Interesting that you should ask for phone numbers to be added which I think would be a good idea as the current format is not great. Info: I think you can search in that box by mob number now, although it doesn't display with name results like I suggested here

Which bit is the "quick lookup" if i press the plue "set customer" button i can see the mobile number

Paul: its the search box to the right of the button, it says type to quick search by name....
Much faster if your searching by the customers name
