Just a quick update on this change. We're confident we now have this working, subject to some final testing being done this week.

Ideally we would like the store logo's to be managed from within the store page in Back Office but we're facing some challenges with getting this working.

In the meantime, the addition of a logo will be a manual process that will be carried out by the Citrus-Lime support team. We're looking to start this roll-out in the next few weeks, so we'll make sure to communicate when this can be added.

50 stores recently migrated would love to have their logo printed on the receipt tape. It supports and aligns with brand identity and adds a level or professionalism that the generic receipts cannot provide.

This has not been forgotten the various flavours of firmware on the receipt printers are making testing and integrating this a challenge but we're doing more work on it to see if we can get it over the line.

A further update. Still much more to do here, the key issues being checking we've not broken support for special characters, or indeed currencies for our customers in the USA and Europe, but progress is steadily being made.

We are still not sure this is possible, but following some extensive coding and firmware updating of our Cloud based printers the Head of the Cloud POS team, Suzy has managed to get the printer we use to print a logo image following a late night in the office.

More to follow if we can get it working!
