When the new POS was launched, I offered some feedback on the absence of shipping information being pulled through on Amazon orders.
It's still a frustration that if an amazon customer has paid for an enhanced service it isn't visible ANYWHERE until AFTER you've produced the label.
Is there a way to either show the shipping add-on at the point where the item is being scanned for checkout, or ensure that enhanced services show on the "pre-selected service" in the Courier Integration Screen?
Alternatively, could we set it to be shown in the pick list?
I've just had yet another Special Delivery where I've had to contact CS to cancel the "wrong" label, taking more time out of the day, then log in to amazon to update to the correct tracking information, all costing time and money...
There must be a better answer, or does the hivemind have a workaround if anyone is willing to share?
