Hello, we're not using this feature because... it's not easy enough. With what's coming I think it is even more important to start using this so that access can be restricted as it should be.

For clarity I mostly talking about shop floor retail environment.

We would love the ability to scan a lanyard with a barcode that we could print via the label printer.

I would prefer the till register to go to a screen / pop up with all the names of staff at that store, click their name and enter their pin ~4 numbers or whatever.

Or if they hit switch user.

And / or a lanyard with a barcode that overrides the button/pin combo.

This is totally separate to the 2FA that needs to be done once a day. Ideally everyone logs in when they start and they are then allowed to switch to their login, with whatever access they have been granted.

If we do this it would open up things like commission, help see who did what.
