Stores with multiple tills and split shifts must have an accurate opening float. This is because the person opening the batch may not be the same person closing the batch. It has long been a frustration with CL that to open a batch in CL you must enter the value before you are given an option to count the float, unless the float is either present in the till drawer or the drawer is left open. Would it be possible to have the option to count the opening float where this automatically opens the till drawer?
