Unsolicited Political Spam Received Through CitrusPay Messaging

I'm receiving unsolicited political advertisements (SPAM) through the new CitrusPay Payment Link messaging system.
This raises a couple of concerns that I hope CL can address.
How are unsolicited political messages making their way into what should be a business communication channel intended for payment-related customer interactions?
Is there currently a way to block unwanted senders, report spam, or prevent unsolicited messages from appearing in our CitrusPay inbox?
Does CitrusPay have spam filtering or other protections to prevent this messaging feature from becoming a target for unsolicited advertising?
I'd appreciate an explanation of how these messages are getting through, what protections currently exist, and what steps CL can take to prevent this from continuing.
Thank you for looking into this.
