i beleive there's currently no integration if a customer buys a product in store and wants to use V12. the store staff have to give the customer the reference number, then the customer has to manually go to a website to process the application.
it would be great, if POS could email the customer a link to the v12 website with e application reference so it could save a few steps and the customer could do it on their phone etc, or take it home.
it would be even better if POS could retrieve the status automatically and the staff can process the application without interacting outside of POS
