Way to see if workshop job is complete from the POS

As a cashier, it would be nice to be able to bring a customer workshop job into the POS and see the status of it as complete or incomplete or waiting or whatnot without having to go into the Workshop Module.

This was added to the transaction summary section in Cloud POS 2.0 in December 2023.

Hi Stephanie, 
The Workshop Status of an order is visible in the Order Recall view in the POS, so this could be used to check the status without having to find the order in the workshop module.

Suzy Weightman: Agreed, but once you recall the order and then go back to view the remaining completed orders you have to start all over again by applying the filter.

We have to do this on a regular basis toview who to contact to collect bikes/service jobs

Dave: Hi Dave, 
Would us showing the status of the workshop job in the POS solve this for you? You'd still have to go back to view other remaining orders if you're recalling the order.
