Allow us to Fetch Images from SIM

Please please please, let us have to option to use the Fetch Image button. At one point this worked because of a bug, but it was a very useful bug.
I get that it works when there is only partial SIM data, but there is a big argument to support that this feature should be available even if a product has full SIM data.

Please can you allow images alone to be imported when items have Autosim data.

This would be very useful for us, in most cases we rewrite the product description and amend the title so being able to just obtain images would be useful to our way of working.
