I have had a couple of issues recently where SIM has auto updated (reduced) MSRP to lower than the selling Price which has caused confusion especially as cost price has not been updated. I (incorrectly) assumed that SIM would update costs too but have been told otherwise today. Is it possible to a) have costs updated by SIM when MSRP is? And b) perhaps have an opt in tick box to have selling prices matched to MSRP? Also if there could be an alert when MSRPs are changed by SIM or a report to run to see recent MSRP changes it would be useful. I know I can look at the price report and extract the data but it's time consuming.
