Please remind all vendors that they need to select "Serialized" for all items that require proof of purchase and a serial number to activate or the warranty.

Example. I recently ordered 6 bikes from Velotric, inlcuding some models that I hadn't carried before. The SIM worked as advertised when I built the PO. However, when I went to receive the bikes into inventory, I noticed that the new models were not a Serialized Item, but a Standard Item.

Just a friendly reminder to the bike brands that if they want their bikes tracked by serial number (for the warranties), it would be very helpful if the Items were built as a Serialized Item.
