It would be of massive benefit if PDF files could be uploaded too, workshop jobs and/or account comms.

Hi everyone,
We're going to add a new 'Image' button to the internal notes field on a job card, so that images can be added easily (without the need to navigate via the customer communications panel).
We're planning to start work on this in the next fortnight, and pending successful testing, we're targeting an August release.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and help us improve Cloud POS.

Will this include ability to upload PDF? It eould be ideal to store eBike service records and Cycle Schceme vouchers / LOC's

Thanks Emma. To second what Marc said, it would be more about having the ability to record/log certain documents just so we can cover ourselves so I can't see that here's any need for it to be customer-facing.

Hi everyone
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
You can already add images to a customer's Workshop Job, in the Internal Notes. I've attached an example of this. However, the image would need to be added via the communications panel, rather than directly into the Internal Notes field on the job, which we appreciate is an extra step here. We'll review if we can make this simpler.
Regarding the mention of service reports and video files, would those need to be customer-facing, if we were to introduce them?

Emma - Citrus-Lime - IMHO if we take a video with our phone it can be sent directly to the customer from the phone. The storage of the video against the workshop job is in case the issue has to be revisited by another staff member, or after such a period of time that the video will help with the recall and understand of the issue and possibly what bearing it may have on another issue, or a reoccurrence

It would be handy to save Bosch service reports

Absolutely. Especially where we find an issue that the customer might be unaware of. The ability to store images and video would be ideal
