It would be great if you could upload pictures or other documents to the workshop module to keep a full history of ther job and any supporting paper work with it

Hi all, 
It's now possible to add image files to customer communications in the Workshop Module. 
You can send an image via SMS to the customer in the Quick SMS panel, and upload images when sending Emails or adding Notes.

This is becoming increasingly important. Would love to see this implemented and a simple toggle for emailed messages (on or off) depending on whether the customer wanted the phots attached to their "report"

We would like to be able to add photos to a workshop job in order to keep a record of certain aspects of a bike's condition. These would primarily be for internal use, but there might be occasion when it would be good to be able to show it tot he customer. Is this possible?

yes - that woudl be great - photos of an item to help a customer understand a specific problem item / work needed would be a major improvement.

the notes feature could do this if it worked, but unfortunately html or attachments don't work in customer communications
