It would be great if we could assign an icon (or even better a colour block to jobs, so we can see which are x, which are y and which are z. We have a priority service and for example being able to assign a colour to being those would be really useful.
The way it would work in my head is that there would be a setup in the back office to assign maybe up to 4 colours and a label, and then when booking a job in, the ability to select one of those labelsso that we could choose how to use the system, whether its for PDI vs Bronze, Silver, Gold services, or (for us) skis, snowboards, priority, new skis, etc etc.
