Add Support for Task Pad to the Workshop in the Upcoming Overhaul
planned

The task pad can be super cool in the workshop for a list of frequently added items, however it's unavailable in the workshop as it stands, which means hopping between the workshop and the POS.
I'd want to add support for taskpad in the upcoming workshop version 2.0.

It would be great to have quicker access to labour items from the workshop screen.
For example a button that brought up a filtered list of items in the Labour category.
Even better if you can add multiple items at 1 time.
Better still if it was a screen with lots of buttons for each.
Our work around for this is a sheet of labour codes/ barcodes but its still messy and slow.

Can the Taskpad be added to the workshop module so they can add workshop jobs easier than inputting lookup codes etc?

Why would you not, this is definatly required for adding frequently used sku's such as labour codes, tasks or small parts used in the workshop that don't have barcodes. I would like to see this taken a step further by having a choice of taskpads for example you might have 1 for the workshop or 1 for the POS, this is a no brainer but i suspect that the workshop module is not very integrated with the backoffice system so Citruslime possibly don't have a lot of control over the workshop module,

We've just started doing this using the taskpad function. Made categories such as Service packages, Wheels, Brakes, Transmission etc then put most used/relevant labour codes in each category.
