I will send this to our Cloud POS Development Team to be addressed. It looks to be a bug with the ampersand symbol in specific fields/areas of the Workshop Module. For example, when used in a job Reference, the symbol displays without issue on the Board view, but shows the '&' problem on the Calendar view. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

In future, if you think something in Cloud POS isn't working as it should, please get in touch with us on the Support Team via phone or Live Chat so that we can get it looked at straight away. This feedback forum is a great place to raise ideas for new features and contribute your thoughts on improving Cloud POS, but if anything 'just looks broken', the Support Team are your best bet. We can investigate and discuss potential issues with you straight away, rather than you needing to wait for a response, as has been the case here.
