a lot of the time, we have to send a quote to a customer, once the bike is already received in store.

there not a simple way to do this, with also adding in some nice text, to explain the cost and next steps etc. i know you can view the job report, but you have to then download it and attach to email, or send it from backoffice. but the staff are in the workshop module and we don't want to switch between screens all the time.

can you add an icon next to the 'add image' icon in the send quick sms icon to attach the job report as an image? (see screenshot)

so we can add a proper job report and also some 'fluffy' text to explain the situation to the customer
