Clearer totals of jobs, starting with jobs with a quote agreed but not started, jobs waiting for parts or bikes complete awaiting pick up.
So we can easily see income generated in each column. And can easily select and send reminder messages to collect and pay for their bike. Similar to how Bike Book structures their jobs. E.g. running weekly total for number of bikes quoted but not started or Bikes complete. This info is possible to obtain but complicated and therefore not used often unless by management that can spend time at a computer. If possible make it more accessible to all staff with an intuitive dashboard with summary of daily/weekly/months workshop output totals.
