planned
Hi all,
We're going to make this change, and plan to try and include the Serviced Item in the appointment information as well as in the hover info.
We're aiming for this to be available in the July Cloud POS release (3rd July)
Thanks,
Suzy

We expect this to move to planned nest week. There is a strong chance this will be in the July Cloud POS release if this is the case the status will change to planned next week.

We don’t need another hover popup. The data needs to be presented in the calendar at a glance

Tom Martin I think the reference being a bike name in the screenshot I sent you is an oddity of our test data. I think your idea is good, I can see this getting sorted. Let me find out if it's as possible as I think it is, it might be we can put it in the hover popup if we cannot get it in the appointment directly.
e.g. In here.

Make Service Item appear in calendar view

It would be great if you could see what item you need to work on in the calander view rather than the job number, then you'd be able to see what bikes you have to work on at a glance rather than having to click on every one

As bike shop people, we often recall the bike someone rides before the person.
:-)I'm like that with laptops as well as bikes. I remember saying
Oh what was the name of that person we used to ride with years ago on a Thursday night, they rode a Kona Explosive?
Anyway, let me just check I've understood, we would want to add the name of the service item (bike name) into here?

Neil McQuillan: yes. The work order number doesn’t really matter. The customer name and bike matters. I see the work around is the reference field but not needing workarounds is the purpose of having a functional POS.
