Unable to see when additional notes have been added, often leading to information/actions being missed

Think of a single job that has several separate problems, and my be worked on by different mechanics. This job may get moved in the calendar several times. Overview of whole job is difficult to grasp and is wholly dependent upon each mechanic to write detailed notes and enter dates/times. Need to know: 1. dates/person for each action. 2. date job booking made, 3. date work scheduled for. 4. date put on hold or date marked 'waiting for parts'. 5. date unmarked as being on hold or waiting for parts.

This is VERY important - in the event that a customer gets angry and makes threats we need this data to protect our reputation.

A timeline of separate interventions will also help prevent job notes from being lost. One job open on several computers can cause notes to get lost/overwritten.

when a mechanic adds an item to the workshop job through "workshop" it does not log in the history because no receipt was printed, this can be a little annoying if you are trying to figure out a mistake and you look through the "view order history" because the additions made through workshop are not logged,

An easy solution would be would be for the save button in the workshop job to trigger the receipt print to a ghost printer

If the complete button is pressed it saves the notes but not the mechanic details. Can the workshop module be amended to automatically saving all details when either save button or complete button is pressed?
