Would it be possible to add a new view or customizable report within the Workshop Module that would allow us to easily see, prioritize, and manage all of our outstanding Workshop Jobs?

Currently, I'm manually recreating this report every week using information that's already captured in Citrus-Lime. It's time-consuming and repetitive, and I believe this is something the Workshop Module should be able to generate automatically.

Ideally, the report would include the following columns:

Priority # – Our assigned order for completing jobs.

Customer Name

Customer Phone Number

Workshop Job Priority – The priority designation assigned within the system.

Bike Brand / Model / Color

Work Needed & Workshop Notes – A description of the requested repairs and relevant notes.

Estimated Minutes to Complete

Workshop Job Initiation Date

Promised Date – The date communicated to the customer.

Scheduled Work Date / Due Date

Days Since Workshop Job Was Created – Automatically calculated.

Total Days to Complete the Workshop Job – Automatically calculated once the job is completed.

Additional functionality that would make this especially useful:

Ability to sort by priority, scheduled date, promised date, or job age.

Ability to filter by job status, mechanic, or date range.

Automatically calculate the number of days a job has been outstanding.

Ability to view the report on screen and print it in a clean, easy-to-read format.

Ability to export the report to Excel for additional analysis, if needed.

Our goal is to print this report each week and post it in our workshop so our mechanics can easily see what needs to be done, which jobs are most urgent, and what we've promised our customers.

Having this information readily available would also help us identify jobs that have been sitting too long, better manage our workload, and improve communication with our customers.

The important point is that all or most of this information already exists within Citrus-Lime. We're simply asking for a practical way to bring it together into one useful management report.

I appreciate that there may be alternative ways to retrieve some of this information, but manually compiling and updating a separate spreadsheet every week defeats much of the efficiency we expect from an integrated Workshop Module.

I believe this would be a valuable enhancement for many retailers, particularly those managing multiple repairs and mechanics.
