On the new workshop module, the comments do not pull through from the POS. Can this be changed, often staff makes notes at that point of what is required and it would be good to see these in the Workshop job without navigating back to POS

Hi everyone
Thank you for submitting your feedback on Workshop 2.0.
This shouldn't be happening - the Receipt Comment box should be a sensible size when jobs are opened, and this sizing preference should be remembered for future jobs too. We're going to fix this and a task has been created for our Developers to do so. We're currently targeting the July Cloud POS release (6th July) for that to be deployed to you, pending successful testing.
We'll update this post as soon as the fix is live.

We are having the comments come through, but like the screen shot by Matt, the receipt comment box is condensed and needs to be manually dragged larger. It would be great if it auto expanded to at least see that there is text there.

We've not had this issue, but we have had the comments text area having no text rows, so it looks the screenshot. I wonder if this is what you're seeing too?
