Job should show up in "Awaiting Parts" section whether scheduled or unscheduled

We do not schedule a repair until we know when the parts are going to arrive.

The Awaiting Parts status only puts the job in the "Awaiting Parts" section of Workshop Module if it's scheduled. It should show up there whether it's scheduled or unscheduled.

Hi all, 
The default behaviour in Workshop 2.0 is that all jobs (scheduled/un-scheduled) are now visible on the Board View, and can be opened and edited from the calendar view before they are scheduled.
