Like the old version there should be the option to send both an SMS and Email so that the customer is aware as soon as possible and can come and collect a job

When completing a workshop job, the service reminder pops up asking if you want to send a text, email or both. BUT move the next screen to bring up the comms window, and where with 1.0 you could send an email, send, and then the window remains and you send an SMS to the customer too, now the window closes and its a total PITA to get back to the comms window and send an SMS.~
As Citrus Lime charge per SMS, surely you want this to be easier? We do! We find sending an email AND text is a perfect belts and braces approach, and the fact you offer this on the service reminder screen acknowledges this.
So please fix the client UX on this, its good for us, and good for your SMS service too!

Thank you for providing your feedback on Workshop 2.0.
Could you provide us with some further detail here? Once you've sent a customer communication when the job is completed (e.g. "Your bike is ready for collection..."), why is it that you need to open the customer communications panel again? Is this because you send a second communication to the customer via a different means?

Emma - Citrus-Lime hi Emma - yes exactly that! While you have 1.0 running trying sending a text and email message to the customer to advise there bike is ready. It doesn’t close. On the new 2.0 if you want to send a text AND email template - which we do and our customers have said how good it is - we have to go through several clicks and a scroll to get the message window open again.
