Keep inactive items from showing in Workshop item search

The item search/scan field in the Workshop now mirrors the behaviour in the Point of Sale for inactive items:
- they will not appear by searching parts of the Item Lookup Code, Description, Supplier Part Code or Alias
- if the exact Item Lookup Code, Supplier Part Code or Alias is entered (or scanned), a warning box will appear to make sure the user understands the item is inactive (see attached image).

Deactivated items keep showing up in 'quick scan' function in workshop module, what is the point of that? it take forever to find small items (no barcodes). Because everything is shown.

I've also noticed this. It's possible they left them in the search in case you wanted to bring something back that had been previously inactive. This thing has some quirks for sure.

Michael Porraro makes it painfully slow to search, you can count 3-4 second between items loading up, each time.
