Large customer surname on printouts

We are a busy workshop. Often having 30+ service and 30+ new bikes in the basement for customers to collect. With our previous system the customer surname was printed in large text on the printouts masking taped to each bike. This made it much easier to identify the customers bike at a distance, whilst they were waiting. Now we are writing the customers surname in large text on each of the printouts in sharpies. Please could we have the customers surname visible in large bold text, to help identify customers bikes at a distance when looking at a basement full of bikes? Photo included during a quieter time and an example of a printout from our previous system.

Used this photo of an example of how we write on the customers surnames to make them more visible and easier to find bikes on collection. As you can see the sheets we then give customers with their names in Sharpie do not look very professional. Please make the customers names much larger and bold. Thanks.

We use the 40 col receipt to tag bikes, same request applies on those! We manually highlight every customer name to make it quicker to find the correct bike.
