It would be very useful for us if we have the option to add extra custom fields to a workshop jobs at the POS (free text fields, tick boxes and multiselect pre defined drop downs. eg to include while they wait, required urgently, do they want old parts retaining, pre authorised labour amount, parts spec level required drop down, Ebikes Only: Keys and Charger supplied dropdown, contact preferences etc.

The purpose being to record information that is important that prevents miscommunication and standardizes booking in for the mechanics and record other important information

Also or alternatively, can we have a template system in place like the communication templates that can be selected on a workshop job when creating in POS and dropped in, ideally with html allowed so we can embed our own custom field and drop downs etc, and also like when a service job is completed have the option to trigger an email, saying we have your bike that can include terms and conditions
