Order Notes (not cust visible) in Workshop Module

On a Workshop Job I believe that the only place to add a note that is not visible to the customer is in the POS.
It would be great to have a field available to add notes that are not visible to the customer in the Workshop Module.
It would also be nice to have the names of the fields consistent to ensure comments go in the correct spot.
In POS there is "receipt comments" and "order notes". In Workshop there is just "notes".
Receipt comments and notes appear to be the same field and should be named the same thing.
When you add a field for data that isn't visible to the customer it should be named consistently with "order notes" (or whatever you may change the name to) in POS.
See attached screengrabs.

Hi. I second the fields having some clarity and consistency in their naming, please.

Hi,
It should be clearly recognizable that there are internal comments on the order. The button could be highlighted in red, or the comments could be displayed briefly when the order is opened and must be confirmed.

We would like to see the big "notes" section on the workshop screen split, left and right for visible and not visible notes.
Means that internal notes won't be missed by workshop staff.

Hi Tim
Thank you for your feedback. You can access the internal Order Notes in the Workshop Module by clicking this button here:

Emma - Citrus-Lime - thanks, hadn't clicked on that one yet.
I still think it would be nice to have the naming of the fields be consistent between Workshop and POS to avoid confusion and stuff getting put in the wrong place.

Just checked this out. It's a workable solution, but far from ideal in our opinion. Having to click multiple times to see if there are any notes does not feel like logical user experience.
I still want to advocate for 2 boxes side-by-side in the Workshop. One for Receipt Comments (please name it that!) and one for Notes.
Also not a huge fan of Notes behaving differently than Receipt Comments, but we can definitely live with it if the access and visibility is improved.

Tim Staton Agreed: ideally, you should only have to click on the notes section to view any notes which have been made/left; if there are no notes you shouldn't have to open/go to the notes section before realising that this is the case.
